Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. This page explains how to exercise that right with Go Pappe (“Get Roofing Deals”).

How we use your information

Get Roofing Deals is a free lead-matching service. When you call or submit a request, we connect you with one or more independent, licensed roofing contractors or marketing partners so they can contact you about your roofing project. Depending on how these disclosures are classified under California law, they may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.

Your right to opt out

You can request that we not sell or share your personal information. This will not affect information already shared with a roofing contractor before your request; to stop contact from a specific contractor, please also ask them directly.

• Email: send a request to leads@getroofingdeals.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell My Info,” and include the phone number and/or email you used so we can locate your record.
• Phone/email opt-out of contact: reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or tell a caller to place you on their internal Do-Not-Call list.

Your other California rights

You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make any of these requests, email leads@getroofingdeals.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request.

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly.
