TCPA Compliance & Consent

Get Roofing Deals LLC (“Get Roofing Deals”) is committed to responsible communication and compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”) and related state and federal regulations. This page explains the consent you provide when you submit a request and how you can opt out at any time.

The Consent You Provide

When you check the consent box and submit our estimate form, you agree to the following:

By checking this box and clicking "Get My Free Estimate," I agree that Get Roofing Deals and one or more roofing contractors or their partners may contact me at the phone number and email I provided, including by autodialed and pre-recorded calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), and email, about my roofing project, even if my number is on a Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase; message and data rates may apply. I can opt out at any time. I also agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

What This Means

  • You authorize Get Roofing Deals and one or more roofing contractors or their partners to contact you at the phone number and email you provided.
  • Contact may include autodialed calls, pre-recorded or artificial voice messages, text messages (SMS/MMS), and emails about your roofing project.
  • This consent applies even if your number is listed on a federal or state Do-Not-Call registry.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can still request roofing services without providing this consent by contacting a roofer directly.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

How to Opt Out

  • Text messages: Reply STOP to any text to stop further messages. Reply HELP for help.
  • Phone calls: Tell the caller you wish to be placed on their internal Do-Not-Call list.
  • Emails: Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
  • All communications: Email leads@getroofingdeals.com with the subject line “OPT OUT” and the phone number and email you wish to remove.

Please note that opting out from Get Roofing Deals may not automatically opt you out from individual contractors who have already received your request; you may need to opt out with them directly.

Records of Consent

To support compliance, we retain a record of the consent language you agreed to along with the date and time of your submission.
